GROUP REGISTRATION FORM -for all Tennessee Conference Young People’s Ministry Events.  This is only the group form.  It can be submitted if all registrants have submitted a completed Health/Registration form in the current year.

SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE’S MINISTRY- If you would like to help the Young People’s Ministry of The Tennessee Conference provide scholarships for youth and youth workers to attend ministry events and training or if you would like to make a specific donation to the YSF in someone’s Honor or in Memory Of someone, you can utilize this form.
